Right Sierra Méndez was born the 16 of January of 1848 in Campeche. It made his
studies in the Mexican Frank Grammar school and in the School of San Ildefonso
and one graduated in the School of Jurisprudence. He was masterful of
preparatory, Deputy to the Congress of the State, Magistrate of the Supreme
Court of Justice and Undersecretary of Public Instruction and Beautiful Arts.
