“180 ANNIVERSARY OF the ORGANIZATION OF SUPERIOR CONTROL " the existence of the
Superior Audit of the Federation has its direct antecedent in the Greater
Accountant's office of Property (CMH), which was created in 1824 and acquired
legal personality with the publication of the Law for the Adjustment of the
Administration of the Public Property the 16 of November of that same year,
being assigned since then to the H. House of Representatives. The first
regulation was emitted the 13 of May of 1826 and the faculties for the Greater
Accountant of Property appeared in the laws of the 26 of March and 4 of April of
1829.
