“FUNDATION OF ECONOMIC CULTURE” the Bottom Economic of Cultur (FCE) officially arises the 3 from September of 1934, time after Daniel Cosío Villegas understood the necessity to create a directed library basic in Spanish, first of all, to the students of just founded National School of Economy. The FCE was not conceived like lucrative company, but as institution of cultural promotion and arose thanks to the financial support from the State, in quality of trust.
