“125 YEARS OF the ENTRANCE FROM MEXICO TO the UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION” the origins of the Mail go back to the antiguedad. At first it was patrimony of the kings and princes, whose dominant preoccupation was to make get its orders at the moved away places but of its territories.
