“125 YEARS OF the ENTRANCE FROM MEXICO TO the UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION” the origins of the Mail go back to the antiguedad. At first it was patrimony of the kings and princes, whose dominant preoccupation was to make get its orders at the moved away places but of its territories. With the sprouting of the commercial activity in the new cities, the individuals could interchange communications using the post office of the sovereigns. In the course of century XVI, the Mail overflowed the national borders, as it is the case in Europe, where Franz von Taxis, created for the first time, a postal service that developed its activities in several European states. Century XVIII the Mail became a public service and was acquiring its present form little by little.
