The Mexican Mail, like other post office in the world, uses for the franking of the correspondence two types of postal stamps: The stamps of the series permanent that are in circulation during several years, having solely changes in their face values, unlike the commemorative ones and special which they are emitted by a single time to commemorate or to spread to a special program and its issue are reduced.
