Ignacio Luis Vallarta Ogazón, perhaps one of the most emblematic
personages of the Judicial Power of the Federation and who with more dignity
defended, to its passage by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the
independence of the Judicial Power of the Federation, is born in
Guadalajara, Jalisco, the 25 of August of 1830, and throughout its fruitful
life it distinguishes by its talent and innate sharpness, that they take it
to hold as much positions within the federal public administration, like
positions of popular election in which it emphasizes like deputy to
component of 1857, senator and constitutional governor of the state of
Jalisco.
