The Fórum is a world-wide event guaranteed by the Orga¬nización of the Nations United for the Education, Science and the Culture (UNESCO), conceived to offer a space in which the citizen participation in the subjects is stimulated that concern the changes and challenges of the new millenium.

In eJ year 2004, in Barcelona, Spain, is born the idea for the first time to offer a space that it summons to the citizens to the debate on the subjects of international relevance, as well as possibilities of collaboration, in the conscience which these subjects need the participation of the citizenship and not solely the one of the governments and the international organisms.
