Born in Saltillo, Coahuila, May 3, 1911, debut at age 13 as calves with foot face value and intuition and to dominate the bull, alternating with professional bullfighters. Travels to Spain at age 16 with figures to competís Spanish bullfighting.


Armillita with his youth and passion, made up the name of Mexico in Spain. Some of his most important victories were in Seville, Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao, where the prerequisite for success, was able to deal with large bulls and fierce. He imposed his Mexicanism, kept it and was not influenced by Spanish bullfighters, achieving success, he fought more runs than Spanish bullfighters.
